What to Expect

You will be shown to a comfortable and relaxing setting with calm music. The therapist will address any current areas of soreness or focus points and will answer any questions or concerns that you have about the massage. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. Undressing takes place in private after the therapist has left the room. Proper draping is always used and your modesty is respected at all times.
